Waterfalls
It's almost like there are these periods where our relationship is smooth and steady, and then there are times when it's like standing on the edge of this gorgeous, wonderful waterfall and just letting yourself drop, knowing that there's a safe pool of water ready to catch you at bottom. You take the plunge and you're in wayyyy over your head, but oh man, it's exhilarating, it's breathtaking, it's just incredible and you feel better than you ever have before and the water is cool and refreshing and exactly what you needed.

Sam is my waterfall.

Isaac Hayes

While I am sad that we lost a great musician, I still say he was a fucking hypocrite in the extreme.

Regarding South Park:
But Hayes angrily quit the show in 2006 after an episode mocked his Scientology religion. "There is a place in this world for satire, but there is a time when satire ends and intolerance and bigotry toward religious beliefs of others begins," he said.

So why didn't he quit when SP lampooned the Jews? Or the Muslims? Or the Catholics or the Hindus?

Because bigotry and intolerance only happen when they're sending up Scientology?

Puh-fucking-LEASE.

That being said, may he rest in peace and may his family find comfort.
