I've lived a life of interest to me and probably nobody else, but that's okay, it's my life. I enjoy it just fine. I've been loved, hated, treated well, hurt, helped, honored, walked on, uplifted, and so much more.

I make no apologies for anything I write in my journal. It's mine. Don't like it? Don't read it. There are millions of other things to see on the web. Nobody is forcing anybody to read my little corner of it. If you're easily offended, you probably don't want to friend me. If you can't handle cussing, I recommend you go to the Disney website instead.

I'm an artist, a Christian, a poet, a writer, a friend, a wife, a mother, a sister, an aunt, a grandmother. My parent died over 25 years ago. He was the best father and mother a girl could ever dream of having and the world is a poorer place for lack of him. I have been legally adopted by my close family friend, Nita Davis, thus righting an error of nature in the mother department.

I know that family isn't about blood, it's about acceptance and concern.

I'm crazy. I'm diagnosed. Don't like it? Find me a cure or go somewhere else, but don't tell me that these diagnoses are horse manure, until you've walked in my shoes for 44 years. And folks who think they can hurt me by pointing out my mental illness? You'd hurt me about as much by saying I'm short. It's just a fact of life, loser.

It's very weird to me that I no longer really keep up a personal web page, I just refer people to my LJ. This has really become the place to learn about me and my opinions. I should eventually do some niftycool stuff with it, but I'm lazy.
