Waterfalls
It's almost like there are these periods where our relationship is smooth and steady, and then there are times when it's like standing on the edge of this gorgeous, wonderful waterfall and just letting yourself drop, knowing that there's a safe pool of water ready to catch you at bottom. You take the plunge and you're in wayyyy over your head, but oh man, it's exhilarating, it's breathtaking, it's just incredible and you feel better than you ever have before and the water is cool and refreshing and exactly what you needed.

Sam is my waterfall.

Um, j3nny3lf? I don't think you got this one from me, unless I've been posting in my sleep or something.

Doh! I wonder who I DID snarf it from..

Reminder to self:

Don't LJ AFTER taking the sleeping pill! :)

No.

I checked out the list from 1993...and no. I barely recognize a third of the BANDS, let alone songs.
The popular music has ever so rarely been MY music, especially in the early 90s.

...and ack! Some of your strike-outs are songs I adore; our taste in music is clearly NOT compatible.

And I have to admit, I'm surprised you don't remember Axel F. Maybe it's just the name, but this song was EVERYWHERE for a while; you'll probably recognize it instantly after clicking that link! Coincidentally, I just bought a DVD three-pack of the movies it's from last night:
61. Axel F, Harold Faltermeyer

I like Roxette!

Oh hell yeah, I remember that! Theme from BH Cop! It rocked!

Well, you can imagine my surprise to find questions marks around it, yanno? Hell, I think there are fetuses--unborn fetuses--who have that stuck in their heads just from their parents!
