...... .:::.:.:

It's almost like there are these periods where our relationship is smooth and steady, and then there are times when it's like standing on the edge of this gorgeous, wonderful waterfall and just letting yourself drop, knowing that there's a safe pool of water ready to catch you at bottom. You take the plunge and you're in wayyyy over your head, but oh man, it's exhilarating, it's breathtaking, it's just incredible and you feel better than you ever have before and the water is cool and refreshing and exactly what you needed.

Sam is my waterfall.

This just wrenched my stomach, just the idea of it.

It is totally SFW and not really truly disgusting, just.. no, okay? Just no.

Borderline symptom of the day: sickew

It's actually surprisingly good. It's a traditional Hawaiian dish.

Not at MY luau, it won't be!

It's not sushi. To be sushi the rice would have to have vinegar and other ingredients added. It's just plain rice, a slice of cooked spam and a band of nori.

It's disgusting. :P

All I'll say is I thought so too until I actually tried on.

And it's only 6 weight watchers points.

I had it, during the brief tenure of L&L Hawaiian BBQ in NYC. It's actually not bad, though SPAM and pretty much anything that uses it as an ingredient does tend to run a bit salty for my taste.

It was served with potato salad that was allegedly also Hawaiian-style; this seemed to have horseradish in it. Also quite good.

HOWEVER: Your luau, your rules.

last year, D's mom gave him an easter basket - with a bag of sushi rice, a package of seaweed, a rolling mat, some nori...and a can of spam. They're part Hawaiian. :)

you think spam's bad? some people do the same thing with *raw fish*!!!
