Sorry for going silent, I was dealing with the COVID. I am over it now, and returning to what is normal eating for me these days.

Breakfast: Half a Glucerna

Lunch: Sugar free chocolate pudding

Supper: Sandwich: One piece of cheese, one piece of turkey balogna, two slices of bread, mustard.

Forgot to check blood sugar today

Current weight: 247.
